Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Holidays Exception: Items purchased on or after November 27, 2024, are eligible for return until January 10, 2025.

Authorization Required

  • Before returning an item, you must obtain authorization by emailing us at info@jhsportsjackets.com.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for such items.

Return Window

  • You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for requests made after this period.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Domestic and limited edition championship jackets are not eligible for returns.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Returns for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons outside our error may only receive a partial refund.
  • Items returned after the 15-day window are not eligible for refunds.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed Refunds

    • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
  • To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us at info@jhsportsjackets.com.

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes incurred during international shipping. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
